Australia-Indonesia Leaders Program
Australia-Indonesia Leaders Program diluncurkan pada tahun 2015 sebagai salah satu inisiatif dari The Australia-Indonesia Centre (AIC) melalui kemitraan dengan Kementerian Luar Negeri Indonesia. Pada tahun 2016, AIC menjalankan Financial Leaders Program melalui kemitraan dengan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Indonesia. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk mengembangkan hubungan yang kuat antara para pemimpin masa depan dari kedua negara saat mereka menempati posisi kepemimpinan nasional.
Program ini dijalankan dua kali setahun selama 10 hari di Melbourne, Canberra, dan Sydney pada bulan Mei 2015 – 2017. Sebanyak 30 delegasi dari sektor pemerintah, bisnis, akademisi, dan media berpartisipasi dalam setiap program.
Kegiatan-kegiatan utama yang dijalankan antara lain:
- Pelatihan kepemimpinan eksekutif di Monash University, The University of Melbourne, Australian National University dan The University of Sydney
- Dialog roundtable dengan menteri Australia dan perwakilan senior
- Masterclass dengan mantan duta besar Australia
- Lokakarya studi kasus dengan para pemimpin bisnis
- Fungsi budaya dan networking
“Program inovatif ini bertujuan untuk memberikan upaya terbaik dari Australia dan Indonesia, dengan lebih saling memahami; dengan membangun kepercayaan; melalui networking. Program ini akan membuka pintu bagi gagasan dan kegiatan baru yang akan membawa manfaat, tidak hanya bagi kedua negara, melainkan juga bagi kawasan ini.
