Wendy Hartanti

Wendy’s principal areas of practice are international tax planning, Mergers & Acquisitions and general corporate tax advice.

Wendy has advised multinational corporations on a broad range of transactions such as corporate restructures and cross-border financing, and has provided tax structuring and due diligence services to strategic and financial buyers on the acquisition of foreign and ASX listed corporations within a broad range of industries. She has significant experience in planning inbound investments into Australia and has detailed knowledge of key issues such as financing, withholding taxes, non-resident participation exemptions, thin capitalization, permanent establishments and tax treaty.

Wendy has experience in the following industries: mining, energy and utilities sector, media, banking, property, private equity and manufacturing.

Wendy is also a member of PwC Australia’s Indonesia Practice and has assisted in client and business development, firm initiatives and dialogue with businesses on trade related matters.
