Mr Rully Sukarno is the Deputy Director in charge of East Asia in the Dialogue Partners and Inter-Regional Cooperation of ASEAN Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Indonesia. He has served in the Ministry for 18 years, with assignments in Morocco, San Francisco, and with the Training and Education Centre: Protocol Directorate. Rully holds a Masters Degree in European History from Boston College.
