Rahadian Bisma

Rahadian Bisma, S. Kom, M. Kom. ITILF, COBIT2019, CLA ISO (9001,27001) is a lecturer at the State University of Surabaya.

He has an interest in governance and management, auditing, information system security, eGovernment and technology adoption. Currently, apart from being a lecturer, he is also actively assisting local governments as an e-Government/Smart City consultant in several regions and ministries in Indonesia. As a consultant who handles the manufacture and development of technology both in applications and governance in local governments, Bisma and several colleagues set up a start-up company under the name Tatacipta Teknologi Indonesia or TATI.
