Moses Glorino Rumambo Pandin received his S.S., S.Psi., M.Si., M.Psi., M.Phil., and D.Phil. degrees from Drijarkara School of Philosophy Jakarta, University 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, and Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, in 1986, 2002, 2013, and 2019, respectively. He joined Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia, in 2001. Since 2007, he has served as a lecturer and researcher within the Department of English Literature.

His main areas of research interest are educational psychology, medical education, bioethics, human resource management, hypnotherapy, identity, youth and radicalism, writing academic, local government transformation, philosophy of science, ethics, aesthetics, and comparative studies. Dr. Moses is a psychologist, a member of the Indonesian Psychological Association, the Indonesian Forensic Psychology Association (HIMPSI), and the Indonesian Literature Association (HISKI).
