Kendall Draper

Kendall is the Global Talent Officer responsible for the South East Asia region and is based in Singapore.

Kendall works closely with the Global Business and Talent Attraction Taskforce to generate leads of the best and brightest minds and high-value businesses for relocation to Australia. She also works in partnership with business and industry sectors, universities, employers and Commonwealth and State/Territory government partners to proactively identify and attract top talent for streamlined permanent residence through the Global Talent Program.

Kendall has previously worked in numerous areas within the Department of Home Affairs, including as the Executive Officer to the Deputy Secretary responsible for emergency management, aviation and maritime, critical infrastructure and identity security.

Kendall commenced in the Australian Public Service in 2016 with the Attorney-General’s Department as a Graduate. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Justice Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.
