Jane is an international development and program management leader with 20 years of experience delivering education, research and institutional reform initiatives across Indonesia.
Throughout her career—including pivotal roles within Australia–Indonesia development cooperation and Australian government-supported programs—Jane has specialised in bridging the gap between high-level policy and practical, community-level initiatives.
Her extensive background includes supporting cross-sector collaboration with government institutions, embassies, international NGOs and universities to design and implement programs and support capacity-building. She has managed stakeholder engagement initiatives to inform policy and practice and contribute to sustainable development outcomes. And she is passionate about translating partnerships, research and knowledge into practical solutions.
Jane holds a degree in International Relations. She has travelled extensively throughout Indonesia, dedicating her career to fostering the cross-border partnerships and technical assistance programs that create lasting regional impact.
