Dr  Oktavianus has been studying civil engineering for more than 10 years, starting from his bachelor’s degree to his PhD. He has dealt with various design and analysis projects, including designing reinforced concrete, steel and composite moment-resisting frames, the development of blind bolted connections, and the modification of the replaceable buckling restrained fuse (RBRF) for high seismic regions. He has also been a demonstrator, tutor and lecturer during his study.
