Dr. Wahyu Ramadhan

Wahyu Ramadhan is an assistant professor at Department of Aquatic Products Technology, IPB University, and a researcher in the Center for Coastal and Marine Resources Studies (PKSPL) in Indonesia.

He received his doctoral degree in Chemical Systems and Engineering from Kyushu University, Japan.

His research interests are related to Aquatic Food Products Processing & Engineering, Food Safety System in Seafood Industry & Marine Biomaterial for Scaffolding. He also works with marine-derived polysaccharides/protein as engineering gels/’marine gel‘/hydrogels for food, biomaterial, & biomedical application.
