Tony Dwi Susanto, Ph.D. (ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF) is a lecturer in the Department of Information Systems at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya. He is currently the Head of the Postgraduate Program at the DIS-ITS. He received his Ph.D in Computer Science from the Flinders University of South Australia in 2012 through the Australian Leadership Award (ALA) scholarship program. His Ph.D thesis is about e-Government and Technology Adoption.
He also has received three professional certifications as an IT Consultant with expertise in IT Service Management, IT Governance, and Enterprise Architecture: ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF. Following his Ph.D thesis, Tony has been conducting research in IT Adoption, IT Governance and Management, e-Government, and Smart City by receiving various research grants as well as working as an e-Government/Smart City consultant for 11 cities/provinces in Indonesia.
In 2017, Tony established a startup in e-government and Smart City solutions (software, hardware, design, audit, and IT management) called Tatacipta Teknologi Indonesia Inc. The projects have covered more than 35 cities in Indonesia. In 2013 he also established Association for Information Systems – Indonesia chapter and once served as president. Tony has published 6 books about IT Management, Smart City, and Scholarship.
