Dr Jamila Mustabi

Dr Jamila Mustabi is a lecturer in food technology at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas Hasanuddin.

Her research includes the production of starters from lignin-degrading microorganisms and crude fiber to improve the quality of feed ingredients from agro-industrial waste. Dr Jamila has been collaborating with the Maiwa Breeding Center (MBC) feed industry for more than 5 years. Dr Jamila also leads the Feed and Waste Valorization Laboratory at Universitas Hasanuddin.
