Dr Andre Permana

Dr Andre Permana is Senior Vice President – CEO Office of the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund and Non-Permanent Lecturer for Magister Program in University of Indonesia. Previously, he was Project Feasibility Study Division Head at PT Gitarencana Multiplan and Research Assistant at Nanyang Technological University. He holds a PhD in Project Finance from Nanyang Technological University a Master in Project Management from the University of Indonesia. His areas of expertise include infrastructure risk management, project finance and public policy.
