Benjamin Preston

Benjamin Preston is Assistant Manager of Commercialisation Policy at the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science. Previously, he served as Acting Manager, Entrepreneurs’ Programme Data Strategy and Assistant Manager, Entrepreneur Programme Management and Reporting at the Department. He holds a Bachelor of Asian Studies (Indonesian) and Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.

At university, he participated in the Australia-Indonesia Youth Exchange Program and completed research at Muhammadiyah University in Malang. His areas of expertise include business capability policy, commercialisation policy and innovation connections policy.
