Belinda joined the Victorian Government Business Office as the Education Services Director in April 2014. Prior to joining the Victorian Government Business Office, Belinda held key leadership positions in several private companies including an Australian company specializing in thelpromotion of premium Australian healthcare in Indonesia and a Canadian company specializing in the promotion of Canadian education in Indonesia.

In August 2009 Belinda was hired and appointed as the Country Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the Canadian Education Services International (CESI), an Indonesian subsidiary of Canadian Educational Organization, Ltd., a Toronto based company specializing in the promotion of Canadian education throughout the world. Belinda was a part of the core team that conceptualized, designed and established the company’s business model for the Indonesian market, a business model that has successfully increased the popularity of the Canadian education in Indonesia.

Belinda has also worked for the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), at the Australian Embassy in Indonesia in the past and has assisted many Australian companies in the field of manufacturing, Food and Agribusiness to gain market entry and export products and services into Indonesia.

Belinda completed both her undergraduate and post graduate study in Sydney, Australia. Having personally experienced the Australian education system, Belinda has a first-hand experience of what it is like to be an international student in Australia, an experience crucial to her new role as the Education Services Director for the Victorian Government Business Office Indonesia. Together with the regional South East Asian education team and the education team in Melbourne head office Belinda will prepare and implement business plan and strategies that will continue to increase the popularity of Victorian education in Indonesia and foster further growth and collaboration in the education and training sector between Indonesia and Victoria.
