Agus Fajri Zam

Agus Fajri Zam is the Director of Consumer Protection Department at Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK). He was previously the Deputy Director of Banking Supervision of the Islamic Banking Department which oversees research, development and licensing of Islamic banks, and in this role he was responsible for developing their new reporting system. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Management) from Monash University.
