Originally from Berthierville, Canada, Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs and International Relations from University Laval, Canada. As part of his undergraduate studies, he studied abroad in China, Peru and Finland.
Adam completed a Master of Environmental Management at the University of Kiel in Germany. His Masters’ research explored the vulnerability, resilience and adaptive capacity of social-ecological systems in the rice terraces of North Luzon, Phillippines. Adam also completed an internship at the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity in Montreal.
