A/Prof Riani Rachmawati

A/Prof Riani Rachmawati is a Senior Consultant at the Management Institute, and a lecturer and researcher in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at Universitas Indonesia (UI).

Her research focuses on topics of gender, workers with a disability, unionised workers, industrial relations and the gig economy.

Riani Rachmawati is also the Director of Human Resources for UI for the 2015-2020 period.
