AIC to present at international education conference

The Australia-Indonesia Centre will run a session at the 11th Annual Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE) Conference.

The theme of the session is ‘Global drivers for interdisciplinary research and interventions to broaden collaborative approaches between Australia and Indonesia’. It will be held on Tuesday 1st March 2016 from 2pm – 3:30pm.

The APAIE Annual Conference and Exhibition is one of the most well-known forums in the Asia-Pacific region for bringing together policy-makers and education experts from around the world to improve professional skills and learn about new developments in international education.

The theme for the 2016 APAIE conference is ‘Asia Pacific – A Global Education and Research Powerhouse: New models of cooperation in research engagement and education mobility for the 2020’s’. Sub-themes include: Student, educator and researcher mobility; Educating tomorrow’s global citizens; Research engagement and collaboration; and Trends and strategic developments.
